The product was prepared according to the general synthetic method for the one-pot synthesis of ω-amino-alkanoic acid (1H-pyrazol-3-yl-5-aryl)-amides. A solution of 5-bromovaleryl chloride (0.125 mL, 0.94 mmol) in dry DMA (1 mL) was cooled to −10° C. (ice/water bath) under N2; 5-Pyridin-4-yl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamine (151 mg, 0.94 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (0.324 mL, 1.88 mmol) in dry DMA (1 ml) were added. The reaction was left stirring for 1 h at 0° C. and then azepane (0.265 mL, 2.35 mmol) and NaI (0.94 mmol, 1 eq) were added.
