The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure (Method B) by coupling Intermediate 7A (100 mg, 0.236 mmol) with 5,6-dihydro-4H-cyclopenta[d][1,3]thiazol-2-amine (37 mg, 0.260 mmol) in the presence of EDCI hydrochloride (91 mg, 0.472 mmol) and DMAP (26 mg, 0.236 mmol) in a mixture of THF and DMF (1:1, 4 mL) to give 20 mg of the product as an off-white solid; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.07 (s, 9H), 2.42-2.52 (m, 2H), 2.75-2.81 (m, 4H), 3.58 (s, 2H), 7.18 (t, J=76.2 Hz, 1H), 7.20-7.28 (m, 2H), 7.38-7.45 (m, 1H), 7.71 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (d, J=15.9 Hz, 1H), 8.05-8.12 (m, 1H), 8.46-8.53 (m, 1H), 13.03 (br s, 1H); APCI-MS (m/z) 545.53 (MH)+.
