Procedure

4,5-Dichloro-2-fluoronitrobenzene (315 mg) was dissolved in dry dimethylformamide (10 ml) and diisopropylethylamine (0.85 ml), and 1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)-4-piperidinamine dihydrochloride (D40) (450 mg) were added at room temperature. The mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 1 h, then cooled to room temperature and water and ethyl acetate added. The organic layer was dried over MgSO4, filtered and evaporated to give the title compound, 350 mg.
