The acid 110 (20 mg, 0.15 mmol), DMAP (28 mg, 0.225 mmol) and EDAC (58 mg, 0.3 mmol) was dissolved in DMF (1.5 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred overnight at R.T. whereafter cyclopropylsulphonamide (91 mg, 1.125 mmol) and DBU (114 μL, 0.75 mmol) was added. After stirring at RT overnight the reaction mixture was added to 5% citric acid and extracted three times with chloroform. The organic phase was dried over sodium sulphate and evaporated. The afforded residue was purified by preparative HPLC to give the title product (5.6 mg) (yield 24%).
