PROCEDURE

实验过程

A mixture of 5-8 (0.1 g, 0.3 mmol) and PtO2 (0.04 g) in 10 mL TFA was purged with argon 3 times under vacuum, and treated under balloon hydrogenation condition for 18 hr. It was then filtered through a celite pad. The solution was concentrated. EtOH (3 mL) and LiOH (1 mL, 1 M, 1 mmol) were added. After stirring for 3 hr, the reaction mixture was treated with 2N HCl (2 mL), concentrated and purified by reverse phase HPLC (C18 column; gradient: H2O/CH3CN/TFA from 95:5:0.1 to 5:95:0.1 over 45 min) to give the desired product 5-10 as the TFA salt.
