To a solution of Example 66A (100 mg, 0.45 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (4 mL) was added N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (85.0 mg, 0.45 mmol), 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (68.3 mg, 0.45 mmol), triethylamine (93 μL, 0.67 mmol) and 2-methoxy-5-trifluoromethylbenzoic acid (Alfa) (98.0 mg, 0.45 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 60° C. overnight, cooled to room temperature, diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with 1 M aqueous NaHCO3, dried (MgSO4), filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified by column chromatography using an Analogix® Intelliflash280™ (SiO2, 0-50% ethyl acetate in hexanes) to provide the title product. MS (ESI+) m/z 428 (M+H)+; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 1.15-1.19 (m, 1H), 1.20 (s, 9H), 1.61-1.72 (m, 1H), 1.83-1.96 (m, 2H), 2.02-2.15 (m, 1H), 3.68 (dd, J=14.3, 7.1 Hz, 1H), 3.75-3.87 (m, 2H), 3.89 (s, 3 H), 4.02-4.12 (m, 1H), 4.14-4.25 (m, 1H), 6.53 (s, 1H), 6.97 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.58 (dd, J=8.7, 2.4 Hz, 1H), 8.06 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H).
