Procedure

A mixture of 1-benzyl-4-[(benzyl)-troc-amino]-pyrrolidine carboxylic acid, EDCI, HOBT, Et3N and a corresponding phenylpiperazine in DCM is stirred at room temperature overnight. Concentration of the mixture give the crude 1-benzyl-[4-(benzyl)-troc-amino]-pyrrolidin-2-yl}-[4-(phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-methanone (38).
