15 ml of 2N aqueous hydrochloric acid are added to 2.3 g of product 5 in 20 ml of tetrahydrofuran and stirred for 2 h. An aqueous solution of sodium hydrogencarbonate is added to the reaction and extracted by ethylacetate. The organic phase is dried by magnesium sulfate, evaporated and purified by chromatography on silica gel (ethylacetate/heptane=1/1->1/0). 1.1 g of product 6 is obtained in form of a colorless compound in solid form: C25H26N2O3 (402.50) MS (ESI+) 403.2 (M+H+).
