Procedure
To a solution of pyrrolidin-3-ol (0.083 g, 0.955 mmol) in dry THF (5 mL) was added DIPEA (0.3 mL, 1.91 mmol) and cooled 0° C. To the resulting mixture was added triphosgene (0.127 g, 0.429 mmol) and the mixture was stirred for 2 h at an ambient temperature.
