Procedure
To a 4 ml N,N-dimethylformamide solution of 102 mg (0.23 mmol) of the compound obtained in Example 125, 49 μl (0.35 mmol) of triethylamine and 23 μl (0.29 mmol) of ethyl iodide were added at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred for 3 hours. Ethyl acetate was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was washed with water and a saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride in this order. The washed system was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and then the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (methylene chloride/methanol=20/1˜10/1) to obtain 65 mg (60%) of the captioned compound.
