PROCEDURE

To a 2 ml 1,2-dichloroethane solution of 61 mg (0.166 mmol) of the compound obtained in Example 233, 37 μl (0.332 mmol) of N-methylpiperazine, 10 μl of acetic acid, and 53 mg (0.252 mmol) of sodium triacetoxyborohydride were added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. Then, an aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with dichloromethane. The organic layer was washed with water and a saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride, and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, whereafter the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (dichloromethane/methanol=10/1) to obtain 57 mg (76%) of the captioned compound.
