实验过程

A mixture of styrene (2.0 g, 18.9 mmol), potassium carbonate (7.8 g, 56.7 mmol), tetra-N-butylammonium bromide (2.0 g, 6.3 mmol) and palladium(II) acetate (250 mg, 1.11 mmol), under nitrogen, was stirred for 10 min. A solution of 3,5-dibromobenzaldehyde (5.0 g, 18.9 mmol) in dry DMF (10 mL) was added and the mixture heated at 65° C. for 16 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo, and the product purified by flash chromatography (heptane/ethyl acetate 1:4) to give 1.7 g of 3-bromo-5-styryl-benzaldehyde.
