586 mg of 2,6-dichloroisonicotinic acid was dissolved in ml of dimethylformamide, and 690 mg of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, 490 mg of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, 440 mg of N,O-dimethylhydroxyamine hydrochloride and 1.67 ml of triethylamine were added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 17 hours. To the reaction solution was added a saturated aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate, and the mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate. The mixture was washed with brine, and then dried over magnesium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and then the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 500 mg of the objective compound.
