Procedure

A solution of the product from Step B in DMF reacts with N-Boc glycine (1.1 eq), EDC (1.1 eq) and HOBT (1 eq). When the reaction is complete, ethyl acetate and water are added, and the organic phase is washed 5 times with water, once with saturated NaCl, and dried over magnesium sulfate. Filtration and evaporation provides the title compound.
