In some embodiments, Form A was obtained from ethyl acetate, isopropyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), nitromethane, methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile, dioxane, methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), anisole, acetone, heptanes, a methanol/water mixture or an acetone/heptane mixture.
